…..AS ECWA GROUP OF SCHOOLS CELEBRATE 30TH ANNIVERSARY
It was an atmosphere spiced with glitz as the former Senior Special Assistant to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on Research and Documentation, Honourable Ewatomilola Emiola Owoeye bagged an award of excellence at the 30th anniversary celebration of ECWA group of Schools Alagbaka Akure, Ondo State on Saturday 29th March 2025.
The Chairman, anniversary planning committee, Elder S.K Ariyo who extolled the virtues of the awardee informed that her dedication to service has not gone unrecognized.
“Your dedication, hardwork and commitment to excellence have made a significant impact, and we are honored to acknowledge your contributions by giving you an award of excellence.
Speaking after the ceremony, Ewatomilola said that the recognition will encourage her to do more for the society.
Hon. Ewatomilola Emiola Owoeye who is also the Chief Executive Officer, Ewatomilola Cares Initiative had earlier reached out to students of the citadel of academic learning by distributing free exercise books and other incentives to aid their learning.
“The school reach out is just one of the four agendas of the initiative.
There are other programmes centred around women, widows, widowers and the less privileged”.
She affirmed that the initiative is saddled with the core values of enlightening the society to do the right thing for the betterment of the country.
While dedicating the award to her grandmother, she called on captains of industries and other well-meaning Nigerians to champion the course of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in a bid to assist the less privileged.
“I would like to dedicate this award to my grandmother, Madam Emiola Fagbayide who was a great influence when it comes to giving, especially to the less privileged.
